This Cookie Notice explains how Voll Studios Ltd (Ringside) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Ringside marketing website at ringsidecoach.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Cookie use in the UK is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and, where cookies process personal data, the UK GDPR.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits. They can be “strictly necessary” for a site to work, or used for other purposes such as analytics.
How this website measures traffic
The Ringside marketing website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed to be cookieless. It measures aggregate page views and traffic without setting analytics cookies and without tracking you across sites or building an advertising profile. Because no non-essential cookies are set for analytics, this site does not currently require a cookie consent banner under PECR.
If we later introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary (for example, third-party analytics or advertising cookies), we will update this notice and present a consent banner so that you can accept or reject those cookies before they are set.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
These are essential for the site and application to function, for example to keep you signed in, to remember your session, to route requests securely, and to protect against fraud and abuse. They do not require consent under PECR, and the site cannot be operated properly without them. Signing in to the Ringside application may set a small number of essential session cookies.
Analytics
Used to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the site. As noted above, our current analytics provider (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless, so no analytics cookies are set on the marketing site today.
How to control cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking cookies or deleting those already stored. Most browsers let you do this from their privacy or security settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working. Guidance for common browsers is available from their respective help pages, and general information about cookies is available from the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if our use of cookies changes. We will change the “last updated” date above.
