No. Install from this page first, then create your workspace right after authorising. If you already have an account, the portal connects to it in one step.
What does Ringside need access to?
Read and write on contacts, and read on lists. That is what dialling from records, syncing segments and logging calls require. You can uninstall from HubSpot at any time.
Does calling work on mobile?
Yes. The bridge dials your own phone first and then connects the prospect, so any handset works. Browser calling is available in the Ringside dashboard when you would rather stay at your desk.
