Calls on a plan cost $0.20 a minute with live coaching, a third of the pay-as-you-go price, or $0.10 as a power dialler only. Calling times assume calls to UK mobiles from a UK number, made in a campaign on your own mobile, where your own phone line adds about $0.02 a minute. Single calls can go a little further. Times are rounded down.
Not ready for a plan? Pay as you go needs no subscription: add call credit from $10, and calls cost $0.60 a minute with live coaching, or $0.30 as a power dialler only. Quickstart coaching in your browser is $0.30 a minute ($0.10 on a plan). On a new account, your first top-up also starts a free 7-day trial at plan rates, one trial per card.
How far does call credit go?
About 1.8 hours of coached calling
or about 3.4 hours as a power dialler only
Starter's monthly call credit ($12) covers about 54 minutes of coached calling.
Talk time to mobiles in a campaign, with Ringside ringing your own mobile in your number's country (that line is charged too). Single calls can go a little further. Rounded down.
Prices per minute
Call credit pays for every minute, billed per started minute, and expires 12 months after purchase. Each call price covers both sides of the call.
| Per minute | On a plan | Pay as you go |
|---|---|---|
| Calls with live AI coaching | $0.20 | $0.60 |
| Calls, power dialler only | $0.10 | $0.30 |
| Quickstart coaching in your browser | $0.10 | $0.30 |
A few destinations cost our carrier more than most. A call to one of them costs three times our carrier's rate when that is more than the price above. Premium-rate, shared-cost, personal, universal access (UAN), toll-free, VoIP, pager, voicemail and satellite numbers are blocked, as is any destination that costs our carrier more than $1.00 a minute.
In a campaign on your own phone, your phone line is charged at our carrier's cost with no markup, for every minute you stay in the campaign, including the time you wait between answers.

What does a plan include?
Call credit every month for the whole account, whatever the number of seats: Starter about 54 minutes, Pro about 2.7 hours, Team about 4.5 hours of coached calling. Unused credit carries over and expires 12 months after it is added. When it runs out, add call credit and calls carry on at plan prices. Calls on a plan cost $0.20 a minute with live coaching, a third of the pay-as-you-go price, or $0.10 as a power dialler only.
Can I start without a plan?
Yes. You can move to a plan at any time.
Am I locked into an annual contract?
No. Billing is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is optional and discounted if you prefer to pay yearly.
Can I change seats later?
Yes. You can change plan at any time. To add seats to your current plan, get in touch and we will arrange it.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one rep who dials and gets live coaching. Managers who only review analytics and scorecards do not need their own dialling seat.
How are calls paid for?
From call credit, at the prices above, billed per started minute. Quickstart browser coaching is paid from the same credit. Credit expires 12 months after purchase. When it runs low, add more under Settings, Billing on the dashboard.
What currency is billing in?
All prices are in USD, billed per seat.
Which CRMs are included?
HubSpot today: Ringside lives in the calling pane and logs every call back to the contact timeline automatically. More CRMs are on the roadmap, and you can also run Ringside standalone from the web dashboard, on desktop or mobile.
Built for regulated outbound from the first call.
Compliance is enforced in code, not left to the rep to remember. Here is what is true of every call you make on Ringside.
Compliance gates before every dial
Do-not-call lists and calling-hours (in the prospect's own timezone) are enforced on the server before the phone ever rings. A dial that fails the check is refused, not placed.
Recording under your control
Recording is a setting on your organisation and a toggle on each call, and every placed call is stored as its own attempt row with the outcome, the disposition and the recording setting that applied. Notice and consent for the regions you call are yours to set, as controller of the contacts you dial.
Coaching runs on the Anthropic API
Anthropic does not train models on data sent through the API, so your transcripts and coaching output stay yours. Every sub-processor we use is bound by a data processing agreement.
Encrypted, tenant-isolated data
Call metadata, transcripts and coaching output are stored encrypted at rest with row-level isolation per organisation, so one organisation cannot see another's data. Call audio is held by our telephony provider, Telnyx, and played back through a link that expires.
